Current Mood: Angry

I have so much to talk about but there is just so much I can say on one post. I will leave some for my next post.

Terry finally got out of that hell hole of a job he was at. He worked there for a year. Everything was fine there when he first started. That was until a new store manager took over that (to be blunt) didn’t know his head from his ass. He didn’t have a clue about running the store. And because of all his BS, he lost the store a lot of customers and a lot of employees ended up leaving as well. But that’s just the icing on the cake.

Each dept has their own manager. Well Terry’s manager was one he used to have at a former job. He was an idiot back then and nothing has changed.

Terry is a damn hard worker and he likes to be doing manual labor. That is what he was doing at his job. But he was really over worked. There were times he would end up staying 20 to 30 mins past his shift doing someone elses job because they were too damn cheap to schedule in someone else. The real kicker was, they wouldn’t pay you for the extra time you stayed.

Terry started a new job last wednesday. He got his last pay from his old job last Friday. But he didn’t get what he was supposed to. Right now, they still owe him 500.00 or a little more. This includes his vacation pay and a day that he is owed which he didn’t get paid for. Now who in their right mind wants to take this kind of crap.

There is another man who quit there over a month ago, and he still didn’t get his vacation pay. The assholes apparently want you to work for nothing.

Terry’s job now is at a call center in Sydney. He never was too big on call centers but the pay is really good plus the commission. Another bright side is he doesn’t have to do tech support and deal with all the stress. His training is for 6 weeks from 4.pm til 12.30 am. He has already met up with some people he knew in there and a couple of them actually worked at his old job too. Like i said, they are losing a lot of employees and in my opinion, it looks damn good on them.
