Where To Start…

Got a lot on my mind the past few days, don’t really know where to start. Guess I will start with the pleasant things first.

Jordan started high school yesterday and surprisingly , he likes it there. I was really glad to hear this. But the past couple of years, the high school had really gotten out of hand with the drugs etc. Last year they even had a police officer assigned inside the school with his own office etc. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to do much good. Well this year, they still have the police officer inside, but they also have a couple of security guards outside. I was glad to hear this because I worry over Jordan once he leaves this house. He is a good kid and I don’t want anything to happen to him. Because if anything ever did, the person responsible had better hope the law gets him before I do.

Better Days

Well here I am . I hope you all like the new look . I love this theme. I have been working on this for a couple of hours and I am still not half finished,. But a lot of it will need to wait until after the weekend. The reason is because I want to spend some time with my family over the weekend. There are a lot of things I want to add on here so it is going to take a little time,.

In any case, I have had a lot to deal with lately but I am not going to go into detail on this post. I will tell you everything on my next update. Some of it was good and some not so good.

Mixed Emotions

I know I said I would be back to post yesterday, but it just didn’t work out that way. But I am here now.

As for my health issues I wrote about in my last post, well there really isn’t much more to tell. I will keep you all informed of the situation once I get the rest of the tests done and get the results back.

Right now I am dealing with another issue that has caused a few mixed emotions. I guess right now I don’t know what the hell I am feeling. I will try to explain as best I can without taking the risk of sounding selfish.

For quite some time now my husband Terry has been trying to get out of a job he has worked at for over a year,. He doesn’t mind the work and he likes the guys he works with. At least most of them. It’s the company he works for that he hates. Everything was fine until a new manager took over. Lets just say he doesn’t know his head from his ass. To put it straight, they are the worse company he has ever worked for.

PC Crap etc.

I know I said I would do a post a few days ago but s**t happens so to speak. It has been a long dreadful week for me so far.
Did you ever have one of those weeks where everything just seems to go wrong. ? Well that has been my week.

It started off with this damn pc acting up. It first started with about a million pop-ups . Really pissed me off. i scanned the computer with everything possible and finally got rid of the damn things. I do believe they originated from Limewire. Well needless to say, I got rid of that in a hurry.

It was working o.k. until yesterday. Certain browsers won’t co-operate when I go to certain pages. I did all the scans today again and everything seems to be clear. So what the hell is giving me this damn problem ? Looks like a format may be in order which is the thing that I was hoping to avoid.

The next thing was an injury to my cat. We have 2 cats. One is an outdoor cat and the other one doesn’t go out at all. Spike is the outdoor cat.

He ended up getting hurt which is not unusual for him. He had a red mark under his eye. It looked like a scratch from another cat. Anyway, the right side of his face was swollen as well. With the price of gas, heat, food etc, we really couldn’t afford to take him to the vet right now. Well Spike gets hurt so often, I did get insurance on him. But the way it is, I would have to pay the vet up front and then the insurance would reimburse me. But we just didn’t have the funds at the time.

My Creations.

If you look to your left, you will see that I have created a new page. Just a few glitter names I have made in the past week. I used to love making these little things such as blinkies, graphics, dolls etc . I used to find it was also a great stress reliever. With that in mind, I have decided to start creating those things agin. I am also going to be doing a few creations that are a bit more challenging. I don’t want to say anything yet, I will post them when they are done and when I get started on them.

We finally had a nice day here today. It was kind of windy but at least it was warm. But we are heading into the rain again tomorrow.Terry, Jordan and I decided to go over to KFC today for supper. I just didn’t feel like cooking today. Terry also took me out last Sunday for mother’s day. I had a peaceful mother’s day in spite of the rain and snow we had. I did get a few gifts. Well they are on order. I am anxiously waiting for them to come in. At least one of them. When it arrives, I will be sure to post pics of it.
